University of California-Berkeley Education: Her long-term research goals are to remain in the area of quantum optics and combine theoretical and experimental methods to continue studying ways in which non-classical optical fields interact with molecules and other systems of interest. Through a couple of lines of code I could become a humanitarian; with a well-designed application, I can connect and empower people to create their own technology, get resources to those in need, or even save a life. Currently, I am part of a team assisting academic inventors with market discovery as well as a freelance editor helping other scientists and engineers share their work with the larger research community by editing manuscripts in preparation for journal submission.
